Samuel R. Oldham, RN, BSN, CVRN-BC, grew up in a small town in Idaho, where he developed a strong sense of community, compassion, and service that continues to shape his approach to healthcare today. With 11 years of nursing experience — including the last 8 years dedicated to intensive care nursing — Samuel has built a career centered on delivering exceptional patient care and improving patient outcomes.

Samuel is especially passionate about helping patients better understand their health by simplifying complex medical terminology and ensuring patients feel informed and empowered throughout their care. He believes that incorporating each patient’s personal goals into treatment plans helps create more meaningful, patient-centered care experiences.

Outside of the hospital, Samuel enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. In his free time, he loves learning interesting facts, exploring how things are designed, and understanding how they work — a curiosity that fuels both his personal interests and professional growth.
