Ashley brings a rare and powerful combination of clinical expertise and legal insight to healthcare advocacy. As a Registered Nurse with a Juris Doctor and a specialization in Health Law and Policy, she understands both the bedside and the fine print—and how the two intersect in real life.

With more than a decade of experience across diverse settings—including an academic emergency department, specialty pharmacy, and utilization review—Ashley has seen firsthand how complex and frustrating the healthcare system can be for patients and families.

After earning her law degree and completing a judicial clerkship, she expanded her experience in a law firm setting, deepening her expertise in healthcare law and regulatory analysis. Today, she focuses on medical necessity reviews, prior authorizations, and insurance appeals—helping clients navigate denials and secure the coverage they deserve.

Ashley is known for her ability to take complex clinical and legal information and turn it into clear, strategic, and persuasive advocacy. She is also a published academic author, with work featured in textbooks, peer-reviewed journals, and healthcare law publications.
